The problem is the switch, its located at the back of the brake pedal.get a old rag and wrap it around the pedal and i mean the whole pedal, then get a can of spray oil and spray a little onto the switch.sometimes the button sticks and the oil will realise it,if this fails then replace the switch.please rate this answer.adrian,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Have you tried replacing the light bulbs? When a bulb goes bad, the turn signal for that side will usually blink twice as fast as it should. If the bulbs are known to be good, you may want to take a multimeter and test your bulb sockets to be sure you're getting about 12 volts.

How to replace little light inside headlight assembly on 03 mazda mpv?

I had one of these vans. They are fantastic for space, but commonly have electrical issues. The head lights are a single unit, and if you want to replace a bulb, the Whole unit has to be removed. There are several screws located on the top and bottom of the unit, that must come out. Then it slides out easily. Replace your bulb/s then reverse.

2003 chevy 1500 rear brake lights not working, but over the cab break light is. bulbs look good, the running lights work.

sounds like a bad turn signal switch . both side brake lights run through it but the third brake l;ight runs direct from the brake light switch .- play with the hazard button a few times and if the start working you need the turn signal switch

How to replace brake light bulb?

If similar to 2002 MPV, you detach the whole side light module, then pop out the bulb-socket, then you can replace the bulb. You need a philips screwdriver, medium size. Open the back hatch. Remove the two screws on the inside edge of the light-assembly. Now pull the whole assembly *sideways* not back - it is held by two detent-pins that face out. You can swing it out a bit and then carefully lever it at top or bottom edge. Lower the assembly face-down, you can see three bulb-sockets. They can be turned a part-turn, I think counter-clockwise, then they pop out. Replace bulb(s), re-insert socket, push assembly back onto pins, replace screws. Just did this for brake/tail light 10 minutes ago.
