The radio wont turn on because it asks me for a code. What do i enter in order to turn on the radio?

if you contact the dealer with your V.I.N. they can put it in their computer and get you the code. normally the code is written in your vehicle manual as well.

Radio in car is asking for code

I had this when I first got my 1991 XJ6 (XJ40). I contacted my local Jaguar dealer with the problem, and from the chassis number, he was able to give me the correct security code for the radio. If your car has the original radio still fitted, as mine had, then your local dealer should be able to do the same for you.

Disconnected battery now radio wont work is there an code

The radio is usually tied in with the anti-thief. If it is asking for a code then you probable have to remove the radio far enough to gei the serial number off it. Call a dealership with the radio serial number and then can give you the code. If it is not asking for a code then chances are it is an electrical problem with the radio maybe a fuse.

If it is saying code 2, thats not a code to input anything. Its a error code for a hardware malfunction.
