Question about 1997 Land Rover Defender 90
First check the wiper motors if there is a fault in it thats why it blows the fuses,,,unhook the wire to the drive motor and turn them on,,if fuse dont blow its the motor

I had the same thing, it will more than likely be the motor, however make sure the drive wire is well greased and free moving.
