Water dripping onto passenger side floor from the inside passenger assist handle.

Does your car have a sun (or moon) roof? A leak in a sunroof will sometimes follow the roof over to the door post and down to the floor were the water will accumulate. This can be hard to find sometimes but having one person spraying water on the roof while a second one checks the inside of the vehicle you may be able to pinpoint the leak.
Hope this helps.

Water drips onto carpet on passengers side front foot area. Can be seen dripping from plastic air ducting above foot area. how to figure out how its getting in. Have replaced windshield.

You can only have 2 issues dripping water onto the passenger floor board. First being a clogged drip line for the ac evaporator. The other is a leaking heater core. Figuring out which one is the issue is fairly easy.

If your vehicle has anti freeze in it when you turn the defrosters on it will smell sweet. If it does you have a leaking heater core. If it does not then the drip line is clogged.

To clear the drip line get under the vehicle and snake the drip line on the firewall. It usually is a 90 degree rubber or plastic piece on the passenger side about a third of the way up the firewall. A leaking heater core means it has to be replaced and not really a job for someone that is not exsperienced.

Is it normal for a car to drip water on the ground after running the air conditioner?

Yes, The air conditioner evaporator core inside the vehicle is very cold when the a/c is operating and moisture will condense on the outside of it, especially on a humid day. This moisture then trickles down the sides of the core and collects in the plastic housing beneath the core where it then escapes through the evaporator housing drain tube and drips on the ground beneath the passenger side of the chassis. The more humidity in the air the more moisture you will see dripping onto the ground. If the little drip hose should ever get plugged up this water then will overflow the housing and drip on the passenger side carpet so if you ever have that problem you'll know what the cause is.

AC works fine but water drips on passenger side

this is normal, water is the condensation leaking out,but if leaking inside the van then the drain is pluged up, the drain is on the pass/side outside the van on the firewall, blow air into drain or stick a coat hanger in to hole until water leaks out,

Water leaking on passenger side possibly from air conditioning

THE AC EVAPORATOR CORE WATER CONDENSAION DRAIN IS PLUGGED, THE DRAIN IS AT THE BASE OF THE ENGINE FIREWALL ON THE PASSENGER SIDE OF ENGINE COMPARTMENT, U WILL NEED TO GET UNDER THE VAN TO SEE IT, WILL BE ABOUT 1/2 INCH DIAMETER TUBE.
