A serpentine belt tensioner. Tell the parts person the year, make, model and the engine size. They will know what to get you. Open the box to make sure it comes with the appropriate gaskets. Hope this helps. Good luck

to change this you need to remove the belt tensioner bracket assembly that bolts to engine, this is what pipe goes into from intake to this housing. here is a pic

Drain the radiator until the coolant is below the thermostat level (below the level of the intake manifold).
