Where are the grease fittings located for 1992 Nissan Sentra E

There are none.
Go to a junk yard or a truck repair garage or a car parts store and ask someone to see a ball joint or tie-rod-end or a grease zert.
They will show you what you are asking for.
There are none on your car.
All the joints on your car are factory sealed.
If a joint wears out, usually after 100,000 miles, it will need to be replaced with a new one, also factory sealed.
Be Blessed.

Pontiac Sunfire 2004. Where are (if any) grease zerts to grease by my tire rotations?

Okay, if we're talking about a chev 1/2 ton, you have to grease the ball joints, upper and lower. To get the top one you'll probably have to turn the wheel to the left or right all the way, and you will see it on top of the ball joint. The lower ones will either be under the ball joint or sticking sideways. Other than that you have tie rod ends, and you maybe found them already. There may or may not be grease nipples on your u-joints on the drive shaft. Originals are usually sealed, and replacement have nipples. Good luck. Hope this hepls.

I have a 2006 chevy colorado crew cab with a body creaking noise when I turn. Sounds like the suspension but I don't think it is.

I had a similar problem, I took grease gun and greased my ball joint, tierod end, and whatever other grease points I saw, and that took care of it. In my case, I think it was the tierod. Grease can go a long way though. Your vehicle is fairly new, but whose to say it wasn't greased enough from the factory. My truck was so annoying, every bump I hit, it sounded like an old bed. Also, sometimes your spring can do that as well. You can throw some WD-40 on that as well for old times sake. Good luck

Back in the day when grease fittings where installed... Now a days when your lower ball joint needs grease you get new part. WARNING! If Ball Joint Fails loss of control will occour. Part is pressed in control arm. Do have this part checked and have mechanic show you fault.
