That low speed wobble is usually a tire that has worn so that tread has started separating or as they wear hidden defects show up caused by the tire construction.
If you jack the front end up and then the back, slowly rotate each tire by hand looking for the distance from the ground or on object you place under it changes because the tire is out of round as part of it has separated. If you have a good spare swap it with the worst one to see how it rides.

I have an 2001 Chevy Cavalier. About 3 months ago, going about 60 I hit a center block in the road. Tire blew out and had to replace. Now the car shakes especially in the steering wheel. Also feels like...

sounds like you also damaged tie rod ends and possibly your cv axle as well. a chuck of concrete like that will cause bad damage. put car on hoist and have a close look

1993pontiac grand am front wheels wobble while driving

Jack up the front wheels and rotate them by hand. Look for any runout that may be cause by a bent wheel. Also feel the tread as you rotate the tire. It should be smooth and concentric. If there are any bulges in the tread the tire is seperated. Grab the wheel at the top and bottom and push/pull. You should feel no play. If you do you woman have a bad wheel bearing. In order to check ball joints and tie rods you will need to have the tire off the ground and the jack under the subframe or pinch weld. This will not work if the jack is under the control arm. Grab the tire at the 9 and 3 o'clock positions and push pull. If you feel any play you either hav E worn ball joints or worn tie rod ends. Let me know if you have any questions and I'll do my best to answer them. Thank you for using FixYa.com!

There is a wobble in the steering wheel between 80 and 90 km/h what could it be?

A steering vibration at high speeds is usually a result of front tire imbalance. A loose or worn front suspension or steering component can sometimes cause a vibration as well. You should check over all the joints (ie: tie rods, ball joints, track bar etc) and if that checks out have the front tires balanced.

I have a 2000 saturn ls that wobbles and shakes really bad at about 25-30mph. It just started doing it. It is not from hit the brakes its when i let off the gas, its bad at low speed. Seems like it could...

Well the frist thing to do is have the front end checked it may have worn parts, like a tie rod end or a balljoint. another thing it may be is a bad tire ive seen a bad tire do this also, a tire with a bad belt would also cause this so check tires for out of round

Is this free advice?

Most likely cause is a bad bearing but other causes could be the tire needs balancing or a weak tie rod. Try getting a free diagnosis from a Tire dealer who does brakes and alignments. They should be able to narrow down the possibilities.

Front tire wobbles like crazy...

Take your vehicle to reputable tire shop to have your car aligned on all four wheels.
Alignment machine is required to perform this step, not do-it-your self project.
