I have a nissan murano 2005 with the code p1701 and a p0340 how can i use them to repair these codes

Nissan Murano P0340 2005 Nissan Murano - Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit
Possible causes- Faulty Camshaft Position Sensor-
Camshaft Position Sensor harness is open or shorted- Camshaft Position Sensor circuit poor electrical connection- Faulty starter motor- Starting system circuit-
Dead (Weak) battery
P1701- Fuel trim

I would suggest replacing the camshaft position sensor. When the sensor fails it can cause changes in fuel system that the computer can detect. So I suspect once the camshaft sensor ivreplaced that the P1701 code will be gone.

Where is the coil pack located at on a 1987 Nissan Pulsar. Also spark plugs been changed car still not starting

The link will show you what it looks like. If you follow the leads back from the spark plugs, that will take you to the distributor 9a circular cap with 5 wires). In the centre of the distributer, there is a single lead, follow that one and it will take you to the ignition coil. 1987 Nissan Pulsar NX Ignition Coil Hitachi

The Pulsar starter is located centrally, underneath the engine close to the passenger compartment."According to my car, the E16i engine, it is on the drivers side of the engine below/behind the distributor.

Fuel pressure regulator for nissan nx se 1987. Where is is located its not on the fuel rail. Ive looked, ordered the new one due to the fact its the only thing that could be causing the problem.

Sit on the end of the fuel rail, where the injector's are at, is held on with three small bolt's, that's on fuel injection engine's, if it's a carburetor engine, don't have fuel regulator.

I have a 1987 Nissan Pulsar NX. the problem is, when I try to shift into reverse, it grinds pretty bad. I tried adjusting the clutch rod but it didn't help. Do you have any ideas? Thank you.

I thought these had a hydraulic clutch. Bleed it at the slave cylinder. Its a bleeder screw just like on the brakes. Takes two people

My friend recently got a nissan 87 pulsar nx, but doesn't have a manual for it... where would a person get one of these?

Your local auto parts store can get you the repair manual. As far a an owners manual, possibly from the Nissan dealer, or there are some available online.

Where crank shaft and camshaft?

The camshaft position sensor is located on the timing cover, near the top of the motor. The crankshaft position sensor is located on the same timing cover near the crankshaft. Just a side note, more than likely the crankshaft position is your issue and it's under a recall from Nissan and they will replace it for free.
