its quite quite simple;take your pipes of and block them off reconnect them to new pump and replace pump to in line belts.adrian;;;

this is the code for the evaporative emissions control system. the first thing i would try is to put a little vasoline around the rubber gasket on the gas cap and make sure the gas cap is tight. if the code goes out great if not this could be a bad vent solenoid or a broken vaccum line

It's more than likely a wiring fault or an ECU fault - assuming this is one of the ECU controlled alternators. Check in this order 1 wiring 2 alternator 3 battery 4 ECM hope this helps

the only way is to connect with a ecu analyzer-programmer to a authorized or specialized service garage to find the cause and reset the ecu.
