Try re-setting the computer...Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery and leave off for 5-10 minutes. This will allow the computer to reset. The charger may have interupted the signal or something.

this is in fact, part of your factory alarm... called PATS (passive anti theft system)
The actual "horn" should be coming from the rear right side of the cabin or behind the dash
This horn is built into the "computer" and there is little you can do at this point other than going to the dealer.
The dealer should be able to reprogram the modules in question to eliminate the "horn"

If euipped- under the dash drivers side look for a black box with I think 3 small white plugs unplug one at a time and start it making sure that you unplug the right one.
