2005 Dodge Stratus, don't have one, the only way to drain radiator, is to remove lower radiator coolant hose, I know just did a timing belt and water pump on one, getting ready to go home, hope this was very helpful.

Which fuse is for the cigarette lighter in 2005 dodge stratus

If it's for the 4 door sedan, then you want to go under the hood and pop the top of your battery case off. It doesn't take much to do so. Next you'll want locate fuse #2. That's the one that controls the lighter outlet. If you're looking for the 2 door...I have no clue. Here's a link to a free repair guide. Do 2005 dodge stratus sedans have spark plug coil packs or distributer? Is it easy to change the spark plugs yourself?

My 05 Town & Country has three coil packs (V6), I imagine the Stratus does the same. Plugs should be fairly easy to replace, do one at a time so that you don't cross the plug wires. I think this is an aluminum head, so use anti-seize compound on the new plugs and do NOT cross thread or overtighten them. On the T&C, the three rear-side plugs have to be reached from underneath, but on the Stratus you should be able to reach them from the top, due to the longer hood.

Type of coolant for 05 stratus sxt

Any standard antifreeze coolant will work. If you live in the lower Midwest USA as I do, you can actually mix regular antifreeze 50/50 with water and you run no risk of it freezing. Detailed mixing instructions should be available on most antifreeze containers.
Best of luck.

2005 Dodge Stratus Coolant Outlet Flange

The water outlet housing if installed properly, shouldn't leak. The only way to build up too much pressure would be for the thermostat to be stuck closed. I would find out where the leak is coming from before I went any further. Use the bleeder screw in the housing to bleed the air out of the system.
