Fuse box for 1998 oldsmoble cutluss

You will have to check the fuse panel and look for the one marked 'radio' or 'stereo.' The speakers are powered through the radio itself, and do not have a separate fuse.

2001 chevy cavalier fuse box

In the instrument panel fuse block there should be a fuse labeled RDO/INT LP. that is the radio and interior lamp fuse. If you have a factory stereo with a factory amp there will also be a fuse labeled AMP in the same fuse lock. Let me know if you have any questions and I'll do my best to answer them. Thank you for using FixYa.com!

I am trying to install a radio in my kia but it wont turn on, I've tryed two radios. So i figure its a fuse problem and I know the radio fuse is in the interior fuse panel on the drivers side but mine...

If you are NOT grounding the radio CASE it will NOT operate, take a two ended alligator clip wire, clip one on a suitable ground, the other on the radio case, the radio lights should now come one IF an internal fuse is not blown?? check to see IF there is one?? follow the wire that goes to the radio wire, back to the fuse panel, is the easiest way to find the correct fuse??

Door locks stopped working, also lights do not work

ok first, the radio, if you pull radio out and remove the 10 amp fuse in the back of the radio for a few min it will reset the radio, then is "check" comes back on you need a new radio. now for the rest , it seems as though you have blown a fuse, there is a fuse panel under driverside dash. ignore what the panel says the fuses are for just look at or test them all and replace any bad fuses. another fuse block is near battery in engine compartment , check all of them to. this should fix it. if it doesn't let me know and i'll help walk you through any other testing needed. good luck.

Fuse blown need to know which fuse controls the radio

when you pull the fuse panel cover it has a diagram that tells you which one. Also you can just look at the fuses, if its blown you just replace it. I would also check your ground going to the radio, they usually don't blow unless you have added a amp or something not designed for the vehicle, you probably need to increase the ground size cable.

Where is fuse in fuse box on chevy malibu 2004

There are 2 fuse panels in car, 1 under hood and the second under drivers side of dash, above hood release area. Radio fuse should be under dash, most likely a blue(15amp) fuse. The fuse panel glossery should be on inside cover of fuse panel or in owners manual under fuses in glossery.
