Having not seen it it's hard to say be that as it may they do start to fail from age. examine the engine for oil leaks. and perhaps let me know the colour of the fluids that are leaking. you can buy an additive that basically "swells" the rubber seal for the power steering and that often works. if you are planning on trading in the car soon this may be an alternative to the one repair.
