Question about 1985 Ford F150
The ignition switch is on top to the left of the steering column,drop the steering column and allow it to lay on the seat.Remember to remove the prnd indicator so not to break the cable.Then look under the dash on the column,and you will see a steel rod going to the switch from the key switch,this has two screws holding it on the column,just remove the screws and replace the switch,make sure the key is in off,and put the switch on without moving the switch selection,so it will be lined up.If this was at all helpful,please rate,thank you.
