I have a 2005 Chevy Tahoe, and the air just stopped blowing! It worked right before I exited the truck, and when I returned it didn't work!! Help!! It's too HOT!! The dealership can't see me until next week...

check coolant level is it full... also is there air in system... also check thermostat if bad coolant wont flow right, will just flow thru bypass so heater wont work.

On my wifes 03' Yukon the rear air conditioning blows hot air no .... Pull the panel off and look at the hot/cold actuator shown in the picture.

check fuses or power to the air con unit

There is a rear condenser in the back on the right it's bad

Just got an answer from Chevy Dealer. When you replaced the battery it loses its memory as to where the door actuators were (the flaps that control the heat and A/C).

The fix:
Turn everything off and let the car sit overnight. The computer should reset itself during its learnings process.
In the morning turn on the ignition and let the car run for a few minutes before turning on the climate control.

If this doesn't work, plan on 1-1.5hours of labor for a technician to reset the actuators at the dealership.

Car Headlights.

There is a possibility that the A/C compressor clutch burned up or got disconnected. Try investigating the wiring for the clutch.

as long as all the fuses are good.. its probably the blower resistor/module... located next to the blower motor under the pass. side of the dash..

the blend door actuator located on the air box (right hand side under dash) is prob. inop. worst case senerio the blend door its self is broken. I have replaced the actuator more than anything.

Look at the connector at the blower resistor. They melt. Bottom of right side of dash under the black close out panel. GM sells a repair kit for this.

THE PROBLEM IS NOT A FUSE, IT IS THE REAR SEAT AIR TEMPERATURE CONTROL BLEND DOOR THAT IS CAUSING THE PROBLEM.
