Question about 2006 Ford F-150
Sounds like a cold solder joint problem. The 97-03 MY had a similar issue. You would need to remove the cluster, and check where the odometer plugs into the cluster. This is a pin connector type plug in, not ribbon cable like the 97-03 MYs.
