The computer sees a problem, you will need to have the engine computer scanned for stored codes, these codes have meanings and will help in finding the problem. autozone auto parts will scan for free and give you the code and its meaning. start there good luck hope this helps.

Car fan running constantly with car on and check engine light on.

Possibly a bad coolant temperature sensor, sending the wrong signal that engine is hot and requires fans to be on for extra cooling. I don't know of any sensors for the thermostat, but don't know saturns.

2003 GMC Envoy Service Engine light on. OBD2 Code is P0128

Ah the famous P0128.....It's 1 of 2 things. If your fan is not engaged constantly (would sound like an airplane or big rig everytime you step on the gas) and is working properly, that rules out the fan clutch. The other common problem is the thermostat. Replace the thermostat and the code will go away. Engine temperature needs to be at 210 degrees on these engines. If the fan clutch is constantly engaged, it's cooling the engine off constantly and won't get up to 210 fast enough. If it's the thermostat, it's stuck open and isn't allowing the coolant to properly heat up in time.

Check engine lights came on, es 300 lexus,1999, constantly blinking, run rough at slow speed

A constantly blinking check engine light means you have a misfiring engine that is bad enough to cause your catalytic converter to go bad! Take it to the shop... probably means ignition parts and the upper manifold has to come off... and that's no fun! Good luck.

Engine Coolant Light blinks constantly.

you put transmission fluid in your radiator? You should have antifreeze in your radiator. You could have a bad thermostat that's causing the car to over heat. Does your temp gauge read a high temperature?

when a check engine light blinks it indicates a catalyst damaging misfire. vehicle should not be driven when it is blinking. possible problems for the misfire could be easy like worn spark plugs or more difficult like mechanical issues with valves or bad compression.
