What exactly is wrong with the tail light and what do you need to repair? Once I have more information I can assist you further.

It sounds like you have followed the proper steps. Have you made sure you got all the nuts that should be on threaded rods? Once you have them all removed just pull the assembly out. There really isn't anymore to it. If you need more assistance please let me know.
    Thanks,

SOURCE: how to adjust headlights on 2006 chevy cobalt

There will be adjustment screws located on at least two different spots surrounding each headlamp. By turning these screws you move the angle of the headlamp. Most shops will do this at a very resonable rate, I say this because improper headlamp angle may lead to a ticket, or at least a warning. To say the least, they have to be at specific angles and heights. Good luck.

Fault with the IAC valve.there maybe a trouble code associated with it also./ Go to your nearby autozone or auto parts retailer and ask them to put a scanner to the car....make note of the codes if any are found. the IAC valve i usually locate don the throttle body and can be removed for inspection and sometimes cleaning using a good throttle body cleaner spray and a pipe cleaner brush.

SOURCE: 2006 chevy cobalt. the key will not come out of

If the wheel is turned in either direction, pull the whell in that direction and try getting the key out. If that doesn't do it, try shifting the automatic transmission from Park back to drive, and then to park again to disengage the interlock.

If they are changing according to the engine revs your alternator needs to be checked, probably will need replacing
If not liked to engine revs please add detail of any other electrical symptoms that may also be evident and resubmit the query

2006 chevy cobalt code po446= check engine light on- how do i reset light

Check Engine light must be reset with a scan tool. If the problem has been repaired the light can be reset. Some parts stores will check and reset for free, otherwise it will have to be taken to a shop where they may charge a fee to check and reset it for you.
