Pannel 1 is under dash on drivers side cover pops right off, Under the hood there is a big block fuse / circut breaker and reley center located oh the fire wall, under a plasti cover . The manual for mine had these two in it. There is a third however not mentioned, and is located on the passenger side, under the glove box. To get to this you remove the plastic piece coverin the under side of the dash, just remove the blots (like 4 i think) on the front part, and a few nuts (like 2) holding it to the fire wall. the u should see diagram of the fuses and relays on back of the cover, and you will see the large groupof computer equip..

What's the best way to fix the air conditioner on a 1994 oldsmobile regency. when the compressor goes out, it kills the battery, and the car does not work. I took it to a machanic and he could not fix it reasonably, I want to know if I could put a pulley or something on it to replace the compressor, I would like the air conditioner, but I don't know if it could be fixed to work.

SOURCE: How do I remove the rear door panel on my Buick Park avenue

You'll need to remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. If needed, you can pull back the weather seal (can't reuse it, but it's not that important) and you will be able to access everything inside the door

Check to see if the compressor is turning. If it isn't check the AC fuse. If it is ok the refrigerant is probably low.
