SOURCE: AC not blowing cold air

If the compressor is not coming on, the compressor clutch may be bad, or it may have disconnected at the power connector. There is a plug that attaches to the compressor that engages and disengages the clutch-check to see if it is plugged in. It may also be a bad compressor too. Looks like your compressor should cost less than $200 for the part on Ebay, not sure about labor-they'll probably have to drain the system of refrigerant, replace the part, and fill it back up again

. I'm having the same problem with my car at the moment and I'm pretty sure the compressor is at fault. Hope this helps.

SOURCE: My AC quit in my 2007 Nissan Versa. The fuses are

You have to remove the dash to get to the blower motor on this vehicle if memory serves me right. It's a substantial job. Take it to dealer should still be under warranty.

SOURCE: AC blows cold or hot

if it is the same thing that is wrong with my frontier. check to see if the compressor is turning on when you use the ac. if not you might have a bad connection that is intermittantly preventing the compressor from getting the signal to turn on. get a service manual and a voltmeter and you can fix.

SOURCE: My AC fan keeps kicking on and off and is blowing

Yes I would highl suspect is the blower resistor. Try the fan without the AC and see if it blows only on high or on other settings. If it is similar to the when you have the AC on, then it is the blower resistor that needs to installed.

My AC some times blows cool air with good pressure but most of the time blows air with low pressure. I have checked the AC pipe also. Its cool.

I'm wondering if it's NOT the AC but the blower fan, how does the heat side blow? if it's good on all blower settings then, it's more than likely your blender door is not opening and closing all the way. When the blender door stays open a little bit it'll let warmer outside air mix with the cold AC air causing it not to be as cold as it should.

Blower not working on the ac or heater

I would check the fuse box if you haven't already. Replace any blown fuses. See if that fixes it. If it continues to blow... or if there are no fuses blown, you may have a blower motor that needs replacing.

Here is a good video of how to replace. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LoX89ZvK03Q

Ac fan speed

Replace the blower motor resister, this is the speeds for the blower motor,it is located very near the blower motor, and is mounted on the blower box,and it actually goes inside the box,to keep it cool. The reason for it`s failure is the blower motor, even though the blower motor sounds, and runs good,it is drawing too many amps.If this was at all helpful, please rate, thank you.

Blower suddenly quit working

The recharge of your a/c system and this is unrelated, could be a bad blower motor or blower motor resistor, have you checked your blower motor fuse? If fuse good, check voltage at blower motor, sit under dash on passenger side, just below dash, you will be able to see it, will have two wire's going to it, only one will have voltage with switch on, if you have voltage replace it, not that hard of a job to do, shop repair time to remove and replace blower motor is .7 tenths of an hour, hope this was very helpful.

The airconditioner only works in my 2006 H3 when the car is physically moving over 25 mph. If it is going slow or idling there is no air coming from the blower/fan. When it does blow it is only on a low...

There is a HVAC relay and FUSE in the under hood fuse box, have you check both of these? If the blower works on any speed, the blower is good. You say it blows on lowest speed? The blower speed resistor is mounted on the blower housing. The HIGH SPEED BLOWER RELAY is mounted on the blower motor. You may have multiple problems but check fuses first, if all is OK, then a qualified repair shop will need to check further. You do NOT need the whole A/C system replaced. If it does blow cold, thats good, you just need the blower working.

The air conditoner in 2002 Lancer does not blow out cold air. I've had the air checked and no leaks, and compresor is good. What could be the problem

If the compressor is working, and the system is properly charged, I would guess the accumulator is plugged, or the expansion valve is bad. I would need to know the high and low operating pressures to give a better guess.

AC STOPPED BLOWING COLD; ONLY BLOWS ON MAX MANUAL SETTING

Your AC is low on refrigerant; The AC compressor needs a minimum amount of regrigerant to run. If and when it does run (while low on refrigerant) the air coming out of the vents will not be cold. The refrigerant you require is R-134A and is available over the counter but if you are the least bit unsure as to how to add refrigerant, taking it to a garage that does AC recharging would be your best play. If you want to try to add refrigerant on your own you will need the following, 1LB can of R-134A, an AC hose adapter to deliver the refrigerant, and preferably an AC pressure guage to ensure you are not overfilling the AC line which will damage the system.
