First run a wire from the battery to the fan to check they run.
if yes then change temp sensor,if still no then change relay.

Relay coolant fans for 1998 Plymouth voyager

Both fans are powered by a 40amp fuse number 4. The computer grounds the fan relay when the fans are needed. You should be able to jumper the fan relay to check operation. The temp sensor may not be telling the computer the fans are needed.

Car fan won't turn off

Is it over heated? It is normal for an overheated vehicle to keep the fans on to cool down for a little while. If they dont shut down after a few mins, then check the wiring for any shortage.
I hope this helps!

I ha ve a 2004 chevy trailblazer that is having overheating issues. the clutch fan is not kicking while running but will spin when moved by hand. also there is a clicking a noise which I can only assume is...

If your engine uses the fan clutch with the electric control it could be that or the system that powers the magnet in the clutch.
You may need a shop manual to get the wiring diagrams and test procedures.

1996 ford probe is overheating, the fan won't come on

You have one of these:

- Blown fan Fusible
- Blown fan Motor
- Water temp sensor is shot

i won't say Blown headgasket or too low coolant level on the system because you have the fan not starting at all. that the root of the problem, do your engine overheats at high speeds? highway?

My 1999 toyota camrey just started overheating all of a sudden. I added water, don't see any leaks. The fans won't come on until I turn on the a/c then both fans come on. I drove it down the road...

well it sounds like your coolant temp sensor is bad that is what turns your fans on and on also since you are going to loose rad fluid when you change sensor replace thermostat to simple and cheap both thermostat usally right were the upper rad hose meets engine block aka water outlet and the coolant temp sensor is located in the side of the block also cheap and easy to change

if it helps please leave 4 thumbs up

Car is over heating, boiling in the overflow, this after 5km's the oil looks fine ?????? help

Check your coolant levels and make sure the hose between the coolant reservoir and the radiator aren't clogged. The cooling fan on the radiator may not be directly driven by the serpentine belt and may be on a clutch. If the clutch is broken the fan won't cool the radiator and the radiator won't cool the car. Get the car good and hot and see if the fan kicks on. To temporarily relieve the overheating in the engine, turn the heat on in your car.
