Check for a bad fuel pressure regulator. symtoms are--the vehicle runs rough, the engine may not start ( usually in the mornings). many times engine starts but stalls shortly after starting. a bad regulator can result in fouled plugs. replacement is only cure.

Truck is starting up but wont stay running, replaced fuel filter, fuel pump is turning on, check fuses, relay all is fine what else could it be?

Could be many things. Need to diagnose is it fuel starving or spark issue. Fuel pressure gauge can often be gotten as a loan-a-tool item from parts store. Test for pressure at key on, and see if it drops as car tries to start. Check spark at plugs for nice fat blue spark. Does spark go away as it dies?

Check the fuel flow as well as the pressure there is sock type filter on the pick up tube in the fuel tank on some models this can cause flow problems and starve the engine for fuel

Changed the fuel pump &fuel filter and the fuel relay starts up wont stay running.

Check the air filter and the duct that goes to it. starving a car for air is as bad as starving it for fuel.

If i stop or let idle i feels like its being starved for fuel.. turn off the engine and start it again it runs fine till i stop again. Just replaced the fuel pump a week ago and has been running fine.

Mine did that to me about 4 months ago. I started by changing the fuel filter it ran great for a month. but by doing that it released all the pressure off of the fuel pump which then went out. If you run your vehicle below 1/4 tank it starves the fuel pump. The pump needs that fuel because; The fuel is the lubrication for the pump. Running your tank down consistently over a period of time will short the pump out faster.
