Question about 1997 Saturn SL
Not a good idea to play around with leaking fuel in the confines under a car. If the hole is localised the garage may just cut it and fit a compression join at the break or if the hole is symptomatic of corrosion along the length of the fuel line it is probably expedient to replace the whole section.
