SOURCE: I had no rear lights

Check label undercover; additionally could donwload in this link the Montana Owners Manual.

The instrument panel fuse block is located at the right end of the instrument panel, on the passenger's side of the vehicle. Open the front passegner's door, and remove the cover, to access the fuse block. Your vehicle may not have all of the fuses listed...

Hope this helps.

If it is the blinker switch why do I not have brake light on right rear side as well as no turn signal

The brake light circuit runs through the blinker switch, which is how the turn signal is able to override the brake light.

Where is the fuse box for the brake lights on a 1999 cadillac seville sls

I believe the fuse for the stoplamps on your vehicle is in the fuse box located under the rear seat on the drivers side. The seat cushion must be removed to access this box. To do that, pull up on the front of the cushion to release the front hooks, then pull the cushion up and out towards the front. The fuse box should be under.

The fuse for the stoplamps is fuse 19, circled in red. Check this with the diagram that should be in the fuse box.

If you want to replace the fuse, use a fuse with the same amp rating. Your car has a second fuse box under the hood, in the engine compartment between the windshield washer fluid and the power steering fluid on the passenger side. It should be a black box similar to the one under the seat. In this box, there are five spare fuses you can use, as well as a fuse puller making it easier to remove fuses. The spare fuses are fuses 48-52, and the fuse puller is located in slot 53.

Take a spare fuse from under the hood that matches the amp rating of the brake fuse you are removing, and insert the new fuse into the fuse box under the seat.

To replace the cushion, slide the rear of the cushion up under the seatback so it hooks unto the wire loops on the back frame, then push backwards and down until the spring locks on both sides lock. Make sure none of the seat belts gets twisted into the cushion.

Check to make sure all systems, including the brake lights, are working properly.

My brake lights dont work and i am trying to find the fuse box

The fuse block that contains the brake light relay is under the left side of the rear seat. There is also
a fuse block under the right side of the rear seat. Another behind the dash under the steering column. And one more under the hood right front corner of the engine compartment. If the relay is
good, check the brake light switch for constant 12v in and 12v out when peddle is pushed.
The brake light switch is under the dash at the top of the brake peddle. Hope this helps.

No brake lights

Pull out lower part of rear seat and then once that is out pull back the carpet by where your feet would be if you were sitting in the back. you'll see a fuse box there. the Brake control relay and fuse are in that box. Most likely one of those needs replacing to fix it.
