Get a hanger, cut it and bent the end of it about 1/16", turn window handle where it points down, push back on door panel, there will be a clip (silver) on the back side of handle, with hanger pull up on clip to remove it, once it's out, slide handle off.
Theres a tool for this at an auto part store.
i know on most chevy vehicles it is a clip that you *could* get off with a small flat screwdriver.
to locate the clip, push inward on the door panel near the window crank. rotate the crank slowly and you should see the clip. its just like a bent paperclip holding it in place. however the tool is a lot easier than a screwdriver to use, and the screwdriver may damage the door panel.
once you remove the clip, pull on the handle, you may need to pry on it a bit, around the base, as it is plastic on a splined shaft.

just take off the inside panel and look inside the should be some tiny silver bars that either pull up or go side to side, then pull that should open it. also you can get to the handle from the inside access and replace from an auto parts store
