Is radiator fan is working ? check fan first, if it is working then please check coolant circulation proper in radiator( to check you can fel the tempreture of radoator, if engine is heated then radiator should also get heated, and if both thing are ok then might be the cylender head gasket is blown out check with mechanic.

First check that the thermostat was installed correctly. It will not work properly if it was installed upside down. If this is the original radiator, it most likely is plugged up with deposits and corrosion. It needs to be replaced with a new one.

1989 Toyota Land Cruiser overheating- REPLACED ENTIRE COOLING SYS

Do a cylinder leak down test. Hook up a airline to each spark plug hole. Bring each cyclinder to tdc and listen for air leak. Possibly in the radiator. You can also reverse the process by doing a radiator leak down test. If you hear bubbling in the radiator bad head gasket. Remove and replace head gasket.
