It doesn't have one . B+ voltage from ignition switch goes through the park neutral safety switch to the S terminal on the starter solenoid .

I have a 1999 Buick Century luxury edition my car cut off yesterday due to low oil how do I get it back started

Hope you didn't seize the engine. Make sure the oil is up where it should be and make sure battery is charged and try the starter.
If engine is seized it won't turn over or try to start.
If engine won't turn then you need a mechanic.

Engine wont start from key switch

Check if the starter solenoid is faulty, check the power to the solenoid and if there is no trigger to the unit then the key switch contact can be checked. You can cross a +12 to the solenoid, if it wont work then the unit is faulty. If the solenoid works but does not power the starter motor then the mtor brush or commutator can be worn out. You will then need to remove the starter and overhaul.

I tried to start my Buick Century (1999) and it failed to start. The battery is fine, lights were on but nothing happened when I turned the key. What are the signs that the ignition needs repaired or...

If you get power to the small wire on the solenoid, when you turn the key to the starting position, the ignition switch is ok and you may have a bad solenoid and/or starter. Most parts stores can test your starter. Also check the "crank" fuse and ignition fuses.
