Better exhaust system.Improved air intake system.No2 system added.Move to Germany where it is legal to go faster.I need to know if the car is working good but you want to race it or if it is just not performing as well as it did when you bought it(and you may not want to move to Germany but wouldn't the autobahn be fun to drive on at least once in your lifetime).

2008 Entourage right turn signal blinks 2x faster. Does this mean i need to replace fuse? Where is fuse located?

you might have a blown bulb. turn on 4 way flashers (hazard lamps), walk around vehicle and see which one is not working. Replace burned lamp.

My cooling fan on a 2006 Jeep liberty 3.7L runs slow. You can even stop it while engine is running. Is this normal or do I have a problem?

Probably not.
The fan clutch uses oil to regulate the speed of the fan depending on air temp.
The hotter the air the faster it should turn. The faster the engine speed the slower it turns.
At idle in normal air temp it should be too firm to stop with your hand, which is pretty dangerous by the way.

I would like to know if there is a way i can take off the speed limiter on my 2005 v6 mustang

what are you saying the car only will go a certain speed and that's it? I owned a 1989 Ir oc camaro that would only go 110 miles per hour then the engine would loose power and wouldn't go any faster than 110. I had to replace the computer chip in it them i got about 145 out of it. but was to scared to go any faster.

When the car is running, I sted on the gas to make it go faster and instead it holds back, I have step on it way more for the car to go faster.

Does the engine race but the car fail to respond immediately as if the engine is connected to the wheels by elastic. If so it is most likely a slipping clutch disc and there is nothing else to do but get it replaced.

05'Dodge 3500 popping front end when truck sits overnight. Faster speed faster popping slower speed slower popping. Usually quits after 20 mph.

Might be a low tire. When they sit over night, and ther isn't enough air in them, they get a flat spot, and it'll stay that way until the tire warms up.

2002 Mazda Tribute, Check Engine light came on and then it started blinking ... idling faster but does not seem to be other problems.

Stop in at autozone or similar parts store & get free code scan, then see which way to go from there. Cheaper & faster than guessing.

Radiator flush

The drain plug should be located on the drivers side on bottom of radiator. Should be a flat tab that you can use to unscrew it. Or the faster/messier way of doing it, is to pull of lower radiator hose. Alot faster but alot harder to catch coolant to reuse.

About Torque and bhp

This can actually be a little bit complicated...

If by faster pickup, you mean the same as take-off on, say, a drag strip, torque is the way to go...

The best advice I could give you to clarify a little bit about torque and horsepower is visit : http://vettenet.org/torquehp.html
