On a van yes!!! you may also have to remove the intake and assorted hardware, even then you may have to reach between the oil pan and the engine to remove the oil pump just to get the pan out

Ok I have a 1995 ford aspire im trying to figure out how to replace the oil pump

Disconnect the motor mounts and jack the engine to remove the oil pan. Remove the oil pan, replace the oil pump you'll find at the end of a pick up tube, replace the pump and put the pick up tube back on the new pump making sure it's in the same low position it was when removed, replace the oil pan gasket and put the oil pan back on, lower the engine and put the motor mount bolts back in. Put in the proper amount of oil and go.

How to change right front motor mount on ford five hundred 2005 5F9Z6038BA

I would change all the mounts on any transaxle vehicle,
motor & transaxle

You have to put a block of wood or couple pieces of
plywood under the oil pan, so as not to dent it & raise the
motor & trans axle enough, to get out the mount your working on

To be honest, I doubt you have the tools or confidence to be
doing that job. You need your head about you & jack stands
floor jack & long pry bars you won't own

How to replace oil pump on 1985 ford 3/4 ton truck with small v8 motor

your can either pull the engine to do it, or if you can get or have enough clearnce to drain the oil and remove the oil pan you can do it with the engine still in ,i have done it both way's , eaither way the pan has to come down or off to get to the oil pump. if you don't have enough room when leaving the engine in you can take the motor mount bolts out and use a block of wood and gently jack the engine up to get the room you need to pull the pan down and to get in there and do the work.

Front and rear motor mounts bad on 99 mitsubishi eclipse automatic whats the best procedure for replacement

just put the jack under the engine with a board in between the oil pan and jack, raise up a little unbolt the mount, jack up more, you might have to loosen other motor mounts but you should be able to squeeze out the mounts with ease or a little prying of a pry bar, its much simpler then most would think, just did it on 2 awd turbo eclipses last week, you can also buy a polly urithane kit and knock out the guts of the mounts and replace with the pollys for pretty cheap. im in iowa if you need help let me know.
