Have you checked the fuses for the respective systems?

  • Layne Lucia Aug 19, 2010

I did, just off the drivers side, but I could not find a fuse for the left windows, just the right ones.

Sometimes the fuses are located in other parts of the car. For instance, my 1990 Cadillac Deville has fuses under the left part of the dash, and under the right part of the dash.

And some vehicles have it under the hood.

    I'd look around more places.

It sounds like the Power Window Motor is bad, if it was a wiring issue it would either work or not work, it wouldn't matter what position (up or down) the window was moving in. Replace the motor and it should work fine.

My car wont start . where do i find the reset button to reset the fuel pump and how do i reset it?

the roll over fuel shutoff switch is located in the passanger side kick panel ( sitting in the passanger side seat it would be down by your right foot behind that piece of plastic).
Locate the switch and press the button on top.

Power windows

This means you need to head to the junk yard and replace the unit that controlls all the windows from the drivers seat. Very simple fix. Good luck
