Question about 1991 Chevrolet K1500
Fuel filter in under your truck, drivers side, close to front door area, on frame rail inner side, if you don't have fuel pressure, more then likely, bad fuel pump.Hope this was very helpful.

I had the same issue with my truck when i was trying to get it running. all i did to make it run better and keep running, i replaced the fuel tank cause it had rust in it, the fuel pump was shot, and a new fuel filter. if your still having problems with it starting and staying on then its most likely your tank has rust or something clogging the lines
