The blower motor is located behind the glove comparment and can be accessed from under the passenger's side dash. Two hex blots need to be removed from the credit card sized blower and the wiring harness disconnected. You will then have to wiggle it out and replace with a new one. Thanks for using Fixya.

2000 durango blower

The blower motor is located under the passenger side of the dash. there should be power on the dark green wire at the blower motor. If there is no power check the 40 amp blower fuse and the blower relay. If there is power than ground the light green with white wire with the blower motor plugged in. If the blower does not come on than the blower is bad. If the blower comes on than you have a ground issue. The system is ground side controlled which means the switch provides ground. If the blower does not work on high I would suspect the ground wire is burnt on the backside of the switch since high speed bypasses the resistor.

Blower heater, locks , interior lights go off & on & hear arcing @ glove box (2000 dodge durango)

Could be a Relay coming in and out. Get whatever that allows you to replace it out of the way then listen. Sometimes you can just feel around the area and fill the vibration. They aren't expensive.
