Question about 2001 BMW 325
More likely it is the electric clutch on the pump or your fuse. Check fuse first then clutch on your pump, also look a the wire going to the electric clutch and make sure it is on. There are a bunch of things that can cause this problem but you'll need some special gauges and equipment to deal with A/C work, not to mention a good understanding of how A/C systems operate. It is suggested to take your car to the repair shop for this problem.
