How do i reset computer in 2007 Ford Expedition

Resetting the computer for driveability is done by unhooking the battery cable for ten minutes or so. The owners manual usually covers this.
Just hook the cable back up and start the car,let it idle 5 minutes, then drive normally. don-ohio

Severe vibration from engine

If it makes the mirror blur without driving the wheels, then I would say main bearing issues.

Have a 2006 Lincoln Zephyr with 75000 miles, took it in to my Lincoln dealer for required svc, was called upon completion and told my 12 mo old (85 month rated) battery died, needs to be replaced. Car...

If that car was mine,I'd take it to Ford and pay their diagnostic fee.
Before you do that, unhook the battery cable for a half hour and then reconnect and let it idle for a few minutes. If it acts okay, drive it TOWARD the Ford dealer and check it out.
Your car is at the age that it needs Coil-over-plugs and spark plugs, along with a fuel filter. The coils-over plugs can cause BAD things to happen to the PCM(by electrical interference) which controls a LOT of functions. don-ohio (:^)

The motor started making a clanking noise shortly after i left my house

Not much to go with here.

Firstly, check the oil level. Does the vehicle have a history of using oil? Low (or no) oil pressure can cause the bearings to make a heavy knocking sound

Secondly, does the noise only occur only while you are in motion? If there is no noise when sitting still, idling, then probably something in the drive train, other than the engine is the culprit. Now to go further with this thought...do you feel any vibration while driving and hearing the sound? If yes, check your wheel lugs to make sure they're not loose.

I don't like being so vague, but I'm not sure what you're experiencing

My 2003 expedition EB vibrates when applying brakes

the front rotors are warped ahd either need to be turned or replaced. use quality parts and motorcraft pads. if you use cheap rotors, they stand the chance of either being warped upon install or warping soon after.

96 Dodge ram 1500 Vibration Problem

You should have the u-joints checked for movement and also checked to see if they are seizing. If you have a 2 piece drive shaft check that the steady brg is not worn out.. Also check to see if you have any movement at the rear pinion shaft. No movement is allowed. Hope this may help.
