Hi, what you are currently witnessing is a wiring problem which maybe as a result of some melted wires coming in touch with one another therefore bridging and performing the functions of one another just like the a/c coming up whenever you put on the headlight.
You need to, if electrically inclined check the wires to see where the bridge of contact is occurring or where you have bad wire to replace them or take it to the Auto shop where it can be fixed...

Do you think replacing the multi-multifunction arm that controls the headlights and turn signals would be the problem.
And replacing the fan switch,that suppose to control the ac. When I turn my headlights on the radio lights go dim. And i hear a clicking sound near the glove box. Signal lights work on the inside sometimes. But are working 100% on the outside.
