My cruse control stopped working. Could it be something simple like a blown fuse?

I would check all fuses to see if any have blown.

check all of your fuses first i dont think its anything near the radiator thats dealing with the cruse control it might be in your steering colur

im not certain, but i believe that the gauges are electronic. and when you were working on the radio you may have accidentally touched the wrong wires together shorting out the console. i would check the fuse cor the console.

I would start by checking the fuses on that circuit.look in owners manual under (fuses) Locate fuse block and look for a blown fuse.There might be a relay fuse under hood

you have disconnected the cruse wire. look for the cruse servo,

if the cruse light comes on, then its possibley the cable end may have come loose

its not your fuse its the combo switch

look at owner manuel or buy aftermarket book or call dealer

Need to check the brake light switch. ok down by the brake pedal there is a switch that tells the lights to turn on when you push it. almost always easy to fix and you can buy a switch aftermarket for around $10 bucks. If you have cruse control a good way to check the switch is to run the cruse con and try to get it to stop crusing by pushing the brake pedal if it keeps going thats your problem. hope this helps

could be the actual switch, can get them for around $7. always worth a try. hope it works
