You might have a cylinder missing, due to no spark, or a fuel issue. If it shakes, and you feel it at the steering wheel, I would get that looked into.

I have a 2001 gallant es and when am in drive and am stopped at a red light it states to vibrate but when am driving it stops, When I drop it in neutral it stops I've done a tune but it didn't fix it

might be your engine idle is low and is slowed even more by the torque convertor when stationary. In neutra there is no drag on the torque convertor and idle is allowed to stay faster hence no vibration

Why does my car start to vibrate when i'm at a stop light but not when i drive

Automatic right? You probably notice the vibration stops when you put the car in neutral when stopped - It is not a major issue - more annoying then anything. If it is rough idling it could be a number of things which are usually rectified with a major service.

2010 ford fusion vibration at idle and acceleration.

Chances are its a minor miss in one of the cylinders. You don't feel it neutral at idle or until the trans goes into overdrive because those times the engine is not working very hard.
If it is a miss fire the check engine light will come on when it gets bad enough to affect fuel mileage.
If you have not yet changed the plugs I would start with that. There is also a chance you damaged the engine when it overheated.

My car is making an awful groaning grinding noise noise when it starts. The noise stops after it starts. Put my foot on the brake it starts again. put thr car in reverse no problem put it in,drive it...

It's your exhaust mounts or broken exhaust bolts. It does it in drive st idle n under load because the motor is sitting in rubber mounts made to dampen vibration. Therefore the motor tilts to the left in reverse pulling the exhaust away from your under carraige, and to the right in drive causing the loose exhaust to vibrate against something. Check your heat shields also. They fall apart n do the same noise. Piece of cake.

Why does a 2006 Ford Fusion have a strong vibration when stopped and in Drive?

If there are no check engine lights could be a bad motor mount or two. Would have them checked. Try putting car in neutral and see if vibration disapates a little.

The car vibrates when in drive while at a stop. What would cause this ?

Vibration at idle brings to mind a few suspects:

transmission mount(s) broken/missing
transmission internally worn
motor mount(s) broken/missing

(1) transmission internally worn or transmission mount broken/missing - test this by shifting into neutral at the next stop light. If the vibration disappears when you disengage the transmission, then the transmission is the source of the vibration. You'll have to inspect the transmission mounts - if they're ok, then the transmission is internally worn and can no longer smoothly "slip" while idling in drive.
(2) motor mount broken/missing - also test this by shifting into neutral at the next stop light. If the vibration persists, then the transmission is exonerated, and the vibration is coming from (under) the engine. The rubber part of motor mounts commonly crack/break and or pop out and are lost.
