First of all check your fuses for the blower fan. If this seems alright, then check on the fan control switch. if not remove and see if the rheostat is faulty. loop to confirm or if not you will need to remove the blower unit for confirmation of the axial fan. Try and check one by one to get to the fault finally before you pull out the entire unit. hope you try this out.Good day

By A/C an heater not working , you mean the blower motor isn't running an pushing air through ducts an vents .
