First of all check your fuses for the blower fan. If this seems alright, then check on the fan control switch. if not remove and see if the rheostat is faulty. loop to confirm or if not you will need to remove the blower unit for confirmation of the axial fan. Try and check one by one to get to the fault finally before you pull out the entire unit. hope you try this out.Good day

By A/C an heater not working , you mean the blower motor isn't running an pushing air through ducts an vents . Before replacing parts did you look at a diagnostic flow chart an check power an ground to the blower motor . We test not guess ! Videos on youtube for testing blower motor circuits . My 97 buick lesabre limited heater/ac blower quit, it has the climate control,I checked all fuses.

REMOVE HEATER BLOWER MOTOR HOT WIRE BLOWER MOTOR IT.IF IT WORKS.YOUR AC AND HEATER CONTROL SWITCH IS FAULTY.CHECK HVAC FUSES AND CHECK BLOWER MOTOR RELAY.IF BLOWER MOTOR DONT WORK WHEN HOT WIRE REPLACE IT.IF ALL CHECK OUT GOOD.HAVE DEALERSHIP DO A DIAGNOSTIC TEST ON YOUR CLIMATE CONTROL SYSTEM.
