2004 f350 super duty dually turn signals and running lights work but brake lights do not, put new brake light switch on and checked all fuses, still does not work, what next?

Try turning the hazard lights on and off several times. the lights run through this switch and they tend to get dirty

SOURCE: i have a 1990 f350

Check the fuse its #4 under the dash and I have the same problem right now i have narrowed it down to the left rear tail light is grounding out somewhere.

SOURCE: F350 SUPER DUTY,tail / brake lights turn signals

Check your Ground wire. Use a test light that is grounded and see if you have fire on any of the turn signals or running lights.

you have a short in the wire somewhere. you can trace the wires and look for any exposed or burnt looking wires to start out with.

I have a 1990 f350 4x4 dually cab and chassie with a 460 5spd and the problem is i have head lights but no tail lights or running light and it blows the fuse every time and if i put a bigger fuse in it it...

check the turn signal switch... purchase one then plug it in under the steering column first then check them...if all lights work, change the switch out..if not , take back and tell them it was not installed and you dont need it

Break lights now working 2000 f350

up under the dash look for a switch , that works when the pedal is push it will cause the lights to work .. replace switch .
