If you can tolorate a rough engine for a while longer, try a few tankfuls of gas with high doses of Techron Concentrate Plus before investing in a new spider.
My mechanic swears by the stuff.
The problem that i was having with mine was the diaphragm in the fuel pressure regulator was bad so it was leaking out of the pressure relief hole on the regulator it's self so that is all that i replaced, you will need a the upper plentum gasket. The regulator is $50 from advance and the spider that includes the regulator is $322 give or take.
You have a leaking injector assembly inside the intake manifold. These trucks had a very common problem with these. You'll need to buy the injector solenoid and tubes, it all comes as an assembly. The top half of the intake needs to be removed to replace it. I've attached a picture that shows the top half off and the injector tubes in question. Some people call this the injector spider as it kind of looks like one. The procedure is somewhat involved but if you google; "4.3 injectors spider repair" I'm sure you'll find many articles documenting it.

This comes from personal experience - my other blazer had the same problem - we replaced the fuel pressure regulator, and the spider when the wash appeared on the drivers side - no affect to the problem. Took the cover off agai and found gas flooding. Inspected the CMFI Fuel return lines and found a hairline crack in the tubing near the connection.
