SOURCE: IOD fuse location in a 1996 Chrysler town and

It's in the fuse box under the hood by the battery. Open the box. It's the one at the front and farthest to the driver's side. Should be a yellow 20 amp fuse. Removing it will kill the radio, navigation and multi disc player.

SOURCE: replacing a brokem mirror on a 1996 chrysler town

directly behind the mirror on the inside of the door there will be a plastic triangular shaped cover
gently remove the cover using your fingers or something flat like a knife blade
once removed you will see a few holes in the metal of the door, in these holes you will see about 3 bolt heads which hold the mirror to the door, also you will see a multi wire block for the mirror wiring
seperate the wiring block and remove the 3 bolts holding the mirror to the door
don't even think about replacing the glass if that is all that is broken as it is a major drama
just buy a complete mirror assembly and fit to the door unless it is colour coded to the paint on the car in which case you will have to have it painted
re assemble in reverse order to disassembly
hope this helps

You did not mention the engine size you have, but the sensor is mounted on the trans housing and will look like this on a 3.8 liter engine.

I need to locate the ecm on chrysler town and contry

For 1996-2000 (NS platform), it is located on the driver's side fender. You will have to remove the fuse box to gain access to it. The ECM has two 40 pin connectors.
