Question about 2004 Cadillac Escalade
I sort of doubt that is it but i would have that either replaced or taped to cover any air leakage,first have the system scanned for a possible code, to me it sounds like the IAC motor(Idle Air Control) this has a lot to do with engine idle etc. but before you go off on a witch hunt and make yourself absolutely crazy.... take it to Auto Zone or Discount Auto, where they will scan it for free and give you a printy out of the results indicating the defunct part or parts/its location and its price...what more could you want and it is all done as a free service hoping you will buy the parts from them.
