On the tire there will be a series of letters and numbers that is the tire size, for example P235-15-75. The middle number is the size of your rim. You should be able to get your new rims from this or even if you go in with the whole tire size number they should be able to fix you up. Hope this helps.

Hi i bought a 2000 beetle and i wonder if anyone could tell me what size alloys come as standard on it. Its been fitted with 18 inch alloys and i think this is causing my speedometer to be incorrect.

The proper size is 16 this is the genuine size of the wheels the bigger wheels will alter the speedo but if you go to a car spares shop you will be able to buy a speedo drive that compensates for the different size wheels so this option would be cheaper than replacing all the wheels so i would get this looked at first.

Let me know how you get on or if you need further assistance ok

I have a 2000 Grand Voyager my steering wheel center is not work

The problem you have is a bad clockspring . There's a recall from Chrysler that you can check @ this link http://www.chrysler.com/en/owners/ .
On the right side of the page you can see a link " recalls " , just enter the last 8 #s of the vin and check if the recall still open . If you never did this recall just take it to your local dealer to have them replace the clockspring on your mini van FREE of charge . Hope this help.

Location of clock spring on 2000 Grand Voyager

The clock spring is located under the steering wheel, the airbag must be disarmed (if not done correctly can can serious injury) and the steering wheel removed to replace it, a dealer will charge about $200 for this repair.

I forgot to put oil into my engine now my chrysler grand voyager is not running right now,it is now making a tapping noise,do i need a new engine and how much will it cost

When you say "tapping noise" it names off several problems, please clarify :)

- Can the car "turn over" (aka try to start)
- What do you mean it "doesnt run" it wont start - or - does it not drive forward/backward (but will start)
- When does this tapping noise happen?
- How hard do you drive the voyager?
- Can you do your own mechanic work (for small - medium sized projects)?

Specs on 2002 jeep grand cherokee alloy wheels R16

the tires & rims that come with your vehicle are designed to meet all the specs of your vehicle. When you change sizes and styles, you then need to get the computer re programmed with the tire changes you have made. It affects your speedometer, your transfer case, your fuel (mpg) and the performance of the engine to the wheals. Also you can damage your transmission and rear end. So my advise is to buy a high end tire that meets origional specs. Look at the Toyo's they are great tires, great performance and no alterations are needed. Pluss they look cool as hell so try that

check this site out and call them, they have better deals on the phone and have fricking great prices on tires.

Let me know how it goes.
