Question about 1998 Volvo S70
It could be a couple of things going on, the fuel filter may need to be changed, plug wires may need changing, the mass air fuel sensor may need cleaning or replaced. I would go with a tune up: change spark wires, distributor cap and rotor, chang fuel filter and air filter. doing the latter may cure your problem
