Misfires poor acceleration engine shaking check engine light on and no start either way if you get a crank sensor code you better change it before it goes altogether hope this helps

I hade the same problem and changed the cranckshaft sensor and that was it. Above I have included the possible reasons for this code if you meant P0306.

Have a codes p0320. Which is ignition/distributor engine speed input curciut. But rpm gauge is still working. What can be the problem.

You really should drive to your nearest AutoZone and have a diagnostic scan performed.It's free and can immediately pinpoint your problem(s) when can include, but not be limited, the following:

  • Defective fuel pump;
  • Clogged fuel filter;
  • Clogged fuel pressure regulator;
  • Defective camshaft position sensor;
  • Defective crankshaft position sensor; or,

Hello! in 1995 stored trouble codes used the On Board Diagnostic I software (OBDI)..Scanners will not work...The control unit LED can indicate any number of simultaneous component conditions by blinking separate codes, one after another...An instrument panel mounted indicator lamp will light and stay lit. If the lamp is on, or if a system malfunction is suspected even though the lamp is off, it is necessary to inspect the electronic control unit LED display. The LED display is on the ECM (ECU), which is located just below the RH side of the instrument panel. The indicator lamps operate whenever the ignition is On and a DTC is stored in the ECM (ECU) memory.
When an abnormality is detected the ECM (ECU) display blinks. The LED blinks a certain number of times, with the number of blinks indicating the number of the DTC. After the LED blinks a number of times there will be a two second pause and the LED will blink out the number of the next DTC..here are the codes..If there is a code send it to me...If there isn't a code I'll take it from there...guru.saailer

P0337 Crankshaft Position


You forgot to mention what kind of vehicle you were talking about.

However, I posted an answer for this on the other question that you posted for this same problem. So, fo the benifit of other people searching this site, I am reposting the answer I gave:


Diagnostic Test Code (DTC) P0337 is not a valid code for a 2002 Mitzubishi Lancer. However, if you are using a generic OBD code reader to get this code, there may be another "vehicle specific" crankshaft position sensor code that the code reader does not have a definition for and is rendering it as a P0337.

The generic definition for this DTC is "Crankshaft Position Sensor [A] circuit low input". This can be caused by a defective crank sensor, loose or corroded electrical connectors between the crank sensor and the PCM, defective PCM, or mechanical problems that can cause erratic crank sensor signals like timing component problems or bad crankshaft main bearings.

In your case, I would think that the noise is causing the crank sensor code. The crank sensor code is not causing the noise. There may be loose timing components that are hitting the crank sensor or something to that effect.

I have a code flashing on my ecu for a honda


This is from the first or second google search for "honda civic ecu codes". I'm actually going through this myself.

Reading them's pretty simple. When there is a long flash this indicates tens and a short flash indicates ones.

Look under the Passenger seat (under the passenger kick panel for flashing LED - engine code. Short the plug under there.

For example: Flaaaaaash Flaaaaaash Flash = code 21
Flaaaaaash Flash = code 11
Flash Flash = code 2
