Question about 2004 Ford Explorer Sport Trac
Most likely the parking brakes are falling apart inside the drum if a lot of hits with a big hammer don't break them loose you can cut the heads off the anchor pins on the back side of the backing plate to remove the whole assembly and then most people don't put them back on.good luck!
