Question about 1998 Toyota Camry
This could be a lot of things but check this first
1 battery is fully charged
2 battery leads are clean and tight
3 battery earth to car body and engine is clean and tight
4 check that starter is not jamed in fly wheel ring gear
5 check that starter is a good one with no faults/ dirty joints!
6 check you can turn engine over by hand,
7 check alarm is not causing this?
8 try a fully charged battery using jump leads if needs be?
