Question about 2003 Chevrolet Malibu
Fully charge the battery with a battery charger. Pour a can of Seafoam or Techron fuel cleaner in the tank. Fill the tank with fresh fuel and hope it did not have much fuel in it when it was parked. It should start. If not, use starter fluid to get it going. Check the air pressure in the tires before driving. I would replace all the tires before driving at any speed for any long distance unless the car was stored inside. Make sure the brakes work before driving.
