Question about 2002 Kia Sedona
Im assuming you mean check engine light is on ,in case your spelling is not as bad as mine, im thinking you are not in the usa.
here you can go to an auto parts store and they will check it for free (auto zone, advanced auto, etc etc.
the code that they pull off your car tells you what part or system is not working as it should be, they can also give you a list of trouble shooting tips to help you narrow your serch to find the exact part that needs cleaned or replaced. as long as that light is not flashing you dont have a realy bad problem .if it starts flashing turn of car ,and restart if it keeps flashing turn it off and dont drive it.damage could happen.
if you are going to work on it yourself. make sure that you are not still covered under the warenty for the work that you will be doing,it will void the warrenty.
some times the first thing you should do is tighten your gas cap,if the o ring is dirty clean it .this is the most common cause for that light to come on and the simpelest to fix
