The radio has stopped working and the word secure in green keeps coming on

the battery probably been removed or disconnected & the radio now needs a code to open, this is usually done by entering on the 6 station buttons the code that was on the plastic stick that came with the vehicle, if u don't have this, u can purchase onlne these days a program from as little as £2 or a service from £5-£10 that if u give ur radio manufature or Vehicle type & radios 13 digit serial no, the code can be gotten.

Stereo wont come on

It's probably not a fuse problem. If you got a new battery or your battery went dead or was unhooked, that will make the Galant radio reset and quit working. You have to contact your dealer (or any Mitsubishi dealer) and get the radio code for that car from them. If they don't know you or have you on file as the buyer, you'll have to prove you're the owner. (It's an anti-theft device.) Then you put in the code they give you and the radio works!

The word "lockout" lights up on the radio. the

Sounds like you may need a Body Control Module. It's not a radio code or the radio would say "CODE" And because the dome lights dont work and the trunk unlock quit working, a Body Control Module sounds reasonable. You have to get them new because they are VIN specific and might possibly have to do a Theft re-learn after installation. Junkyard parts will not do or you will have more problems than you have now.

When I turn the radio on it show SAFE MODE on the screen. No radio sounds comes out. How can I get it working?

Could be that you need to re-set the radio with a factory numeric code. you can get the code at any VW dealer for a little charge.

Radio code

I have a 2001 Mitsubishi Sport. I was doing some work to my battery and my radio locked out. I put a code in that I thought it would be and after 3 codes it would not let me add anymore codes. I took my vehicle to the dealership(no charge) and he went in and got the serial numbers off of the radio and looked into his computer and gave me the code. Of course the radio was locked out. He told me I had to have the ignition turned on for 30-45 minutes and the radio would reset for me to put the code in. I let it sit in the garage for an hour and went back out and it worked. I just put the code it.

Radio quit working

check your manual and locate the fuse for your radio, it may be burnt out. If not that then you more than likely simply need to enter the security code for your radio in. (to do this just call the dealership, they'll be able to talk you through it)

Honda Civc 2004 radio code entered plays for 30 seconds and quits?

Not sure? If it is the wrong code it shouldn't work at all? Try leaving the radio on for an hour without doing anything and then re-enter the code. If that doesn't work, contact your nearest Honda dealer.
